Been in this lovely state for 20 years, but have not visited any of the food festivals. This year I intend to change that. So what are the must try ones?

Is it going to be NOLA for Hogs for cause 2022?
What kind of restrictions are we expecting before I buy the tickets this year?

And Jazzfest has a ton of great food, if OP wants to combine music and food.

Boudin Bourbon and Beer fest is great. It’s a little costly but you get unlimited servings of food, beer, and mixed drinks from some of the best NO restaurants.

Hear nothing but good things about this.
Nowhere near on the level, but Fete Rouge in BR was a great time this year.
