Way more rain than I was expecting. Stayed inside and gave my wife a fried shrimp poboy on Reisings’ French bread and fries. :)

Keto chicken nuggets and leftover loaded cauliflower. I’m very pleasantly surprised with this recipe using canned chicken. They are crispy on the outside (2:1 ratio of shredded sharp white cheddar to pork panko for the breading), seasoned and not dry. Will make again.
My phone changes the brightness according to the light in the room, so when I sit down to edit my photo in a darker room I screw up. I can’t seem to work the lighting out lately. Sorry for the almost fluorescent photo.

Shrimp boil- corn, mushrooms, Brussels, okra, sausage and the perfect bite sized potatoes. Homemade tartar sauce with plenty of dill to dip in, too.

Smoked a chuck roast then braised it. Had pulled beef sandwiches
