Coach, I learned a few things from an old book that I got in the UK. LINKTraditional methods are really involved and can take a long time to prepare. The smells can be intense and linger in the house for awhile!

I just got This book for the Instant pot. Two of the three recipes I’ve tried are really good and easy compared to the old ways.
