Last of my brisket and a salad.

Smoked a Boston Butt this afternoon. Just pulled it for eating over the next three or four days. Have lots of salad stuff to go with it, so I am set. With a little luck and a few miles walking, I will go below 170 pounds on my 6'3" old guy frame by Tuesday or Wednesday.

Good job MD! I haven’t been in the gym for about 5 months now, but this inspires me to get my butt in gear, and re-configure my work-life balance.

Just left Satay in Coeur d’Alene and had the chefs table in the wine cellar. The chef is from the low country South Carolina so I trusted his fish. Got the swordfish and it was great. also the white bean soup, wedge salad, turtle cheesecake.
