I was with 3 other couples and I’m pretty sure no one snuck any pics. It was definitely a vibe where I’d have embarrassed the hell out of my wife if I had.
We rented a room with a table for 8 for $4000. Then wine came out to about $120 per person. All said and done the wife and I spent about $1,250. Would do again.

Self taught with trial and errors. There’s a few Asian groceries in br. Hong Kong is one, Asian Supermarket is another. I try to go support Vinh Phat whenever I can since they are the original.
The fried rice is a just oil, rice, salt, garlic and lemongrass/herb purée. I don’t know the exact name of the herb but it give the rice a nice clean taste with a hint of lemongrass.
The soup is a recreation of Rama’s lemongrass soup and it’s my mushroom challenge dish. I’ll post more details if it on challenge day. Sorry with the late reply.
