First course was a dozen Fat Belly’s on the half shell.

Second course is Margie’s oyster soup.

Doing some burrito supremes. But I do have to add that the Zing Zang all natural margarita mix is very good. I usually make my own mix. I have a key lime tree in my yard. This Zing Zang is damn good and it is an sale at Rouse's for $4 a fifth (non alcohol).

Not exact. Look up the YOUTUBE OF Leruth’s oyster soup...it’s easy to follow. Warren was Prudhomme before Prudhomme.

Thanks, Otis!

I wanted a patty melt, but this is a fail. I should’ve made the patty thinner. The onion rings are good, though.

Buttermilk soak and then flour. I sometimes soak in evaporated milk.

Try ice water, seasoned flour, then repeat.

Would that provide a thicker crust? I don’t really want a thicker crust.
