Sliced ham from Grayson's in Clarence slowly warmed with emmental and gruyere cheese on buttered pan browned King's Hawaiian slider rolls with dijon and a touch of mayo.

Also a cucumber and tomato salad for my sold out Big Veg doctor.

Is that just cheese on the chicken? It looks good whatever it is.

NYTimes oven baked chicken shawarma, salad, and some sourdough I picked up at the farmer's market this afternoon.

About the easiest thing imaginable. Quick too.

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne...
Liberal amount of mayonnaise, then yes, Parmesan on top.

Staying at the in laws this week so I recycled a Valentine's dish because it was so good. Seared sous vide scallops and lobster risotto.

That looks amazing but is sous vide really necessary on scallops? They are tender and cook in a minute?

Disclaimer, I have no idea what I'm talking about with sous vide.

They come out amazing. 123 for like 30 minutes. Texture is buttery and then that sear crunch is perfect.
