Evening Otis. I just got back from the store with this 1 pound wagyu strip steak that I will roast at 225 then sear. got a sweet potato to go with it.

Made Bon Appétit’s supposed best recipe of 2019 and it’s pretty damn fire. Looks like Italian but it’s ground pork and sambal oelek and other Asian goodness. One of the best recipes I’ve made from them.

They obviously have way better filters and lighting

About 35 minutes. Then sear in butter on the stove for a 2 - 3 minutes

ETA end result. Perfect. Yes I'm eating at the kitchen counter off a paper plate.
