Sheet pan supper. Lemon garlic salmon and roasted green beans. First time to roast green beans and they stole the show.

Chicken curry and fried ribs from Pho 102 in Franklinton, great food and you can get a pedicure or manicure next door. Living in the woods this place has turned us on to curry.

Thanks. Pretty easy

Whole rabbit cut up seasoned (About 2lbs)
Tasso 1lb
Celery 1 stock
Onion 1
Garlic 3 cloves
Carrots 2
Chicken stock maybe 30oz
Heavy whipping cream maybe 3-4oz
Rosemary
Thyme
Bay leaf
Other seasoning

Braise meat, pull meat, make a roux, cook down veggies (not carrots), add some seasoning, add meat, add stock, add cream (easy not to add too much but make it rich), add carrots, simmer about an hour (Longer if you like the rabbit to fall completely apart), Season to taste if necessary, take tongs/fork and debone rabbit (be careful the ribs fall off easily), stir, serve, voila

Idk your location but Chris specialty meats usually has them in BR and probably their Lakeview location (call ahead). I got that one from Ronnies in Hammond.
