Italian sausage over spaghetti. Red sauce with capers, olives, parm rind and garlic.

Made a beef lo mein with onion, red bell, Napa cabbage, green onion, garlic, and ginger. Turned out real nice.

Pan fried chicken thighs in a pan sauce with a whole head of smashed roasted garlic and honey. Over rice. Crawfish boil potatoes turned into twice baked mash.

Made the mistake of buying a box of the Kodiak pancake mix from Costco: worst pancake mix I've ever had. Tried every variation and they just weren't good. Took a couple years but I think were finally rid of them.
