Tonight's ice cream is going to be a fresh batch of vanilla with some 2018 vintage thin mints run through the food processor folded in.
I need to clear out the Girl Scout cookies I still have in my freezer from last year to make room for the Girl Scout cookies I bought this year.
ETA: Thin Mint vanilla ice cream is friggin' delicious. I opted to spin the cookies until they looked like dirt with no chunks. It's like mint chocolate chip turned up to 11.
