Chicken breasts + cream cheese + ranch seasoning + minced garlic +seasonings (no salt added). I had a feeling the ranch was going to be too much. It actually was supposed to have crumbled bacon stirred in at the end, and now I'm glad I forgot.
To be fair, it was a recipe for mini sliders and I'm sure the bun would help mask the saltiness. I ate a scoop on a plate without any bread.

I recently learned the sandwich shop near work accepts online orders. that's not a good thing when I'm at my desk around 430. another impulse buy salami sandwich for dinner.
