Mississippi pot roast over cauliflower mash and green beans on the side.
ETA: My 4 year old “made” the roast. I put the meat in the crock pot and opened the packages for her. She poured them in. She was so proud that she had to have my in-laws over to eat it. Very proud moment for me watching/listening to her retell the story of making it to my wife and in-laws.
