We did a shoulder roast in the oven, rice, corn on the cob, sugar snap beans, and Mrs what's-her-name dinner rolls in that pie tin.

I skipped on the rice and roll.

it’s a fairly recent thing. Experiencing some brain fog and not interested in future health issues, so getting ahead and adding some things back into my diet

I feel inadequate here, no pics. Grilled bbq yard-bird, baked beans and potatoe salad. One of my favorite summer meals. Delicious!

Smoked Nunu chicken burgers with a chunk of cherry and some pecan chips. 1.5hrs total around 250 then up to 350. Some side dishes that failed in comparison.
