We did fried rice and 3” filets on the blackstone. That griddle makes the best fried rice.

Gotcha.. thought maybe that was it,, but that missin’ l (el) was throwing me off.

I’ve eaten all kinds of fancy vittles, but never had the pleasure of chicken cracklin’, just the crumbs that fall off..
