Family evening at the Hangout. No idea what to eat yet. Everyone raves on the fish tacos though.

I grabbed all the left over BBQ from Sunday and made a rice and gravy.
Pork chops, ribs, and sausage.

My neighbor just pulled up on his UTV. He could smell it from his house.

Frozen chicken & cilantro dumplings in mushroom broth....with a few diced yellow peppers and some corn kernels tossed in. Easy on the tummy.

Hand cut ribeye steak, cooked medium rare, glazed carrots ( perhaps the best I’ve ever had), loaded baked potato at Charleston’s in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.

eta: plus the best key lime pie I’ve had in a long time

Same, my dads Sunday roast was my favorite meal ever.
