My second real attempt at spicy crab rolls. My rolling has gotten tighter but I still need practice. Also, any ideas on how to make the “crab salad” portion?

Sesame oil and mayo. I'd Google a recipe for the right ratio. If you want to make that portion a little spicy make Sriracha mayo. One part Sriracha for 3 parts mayo. Use Japanese Kewpie brand mayo if you can find it.

Well, this wasn't the best dinner but it wasn't terrible either.

Before starting any grilling make sure you have a refreshing beverage!
I call this one The Crescent.

The corn went on the grill first after being de-silked and slathered with melted butter.

Then went on the bacon wrapped asparagus. This was bathed with melted butter with garlic. every few minutes.

After starting on separate Kegs they both eventually ended up on one grill.

Finally the meat went on a hot grate.

Not a great picture at all! Not a bad meal though either!

That's the way to do it. Just blast those motherfrickers. Bbq beef sliders and corn on the cob.

Poke chops with vegetable medley inspired by last night's WFDT.
Hit the veggies with honey for the last 5 minutes of roasting. On point.

ETA: Not the best looking chops but they taste good
