Big 'ol Cathead Biscuits
I decided to christen that new cast iron pan frying some sausage patties for biscuit sandwiches.
I used a tad too much buttermolk in the biscuit dough. My biscuits kinda spread as they baked. Still tasted awesome! Half dozen of them were as big as the palm of my hand.
Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich!
Mmmmmmm..........!!! So good I had to have one with butter and strawberry preserves.

If you flip the bottom half of the burger so that the cut edges are on the same side, it's easier to eat.
