The wife (MHNBPF) cooked Redfish Anna (Redfish with Crab ver blanc sauce), roasted asparagus and made a nice a garden salad

You must be working with Easy, he just texted me hah. One sec. I posted it earlier.
I usually do it this way:
Soak beans for at least 3 hours
Cut sausage up (your choice, if going to the store I get Vernon)
Put IP on saute mode
Brown sausage, then pull
I make a quick roux
Add seasoning and cook down
Turn off saute mode
Add beans, and water about 1/2 inch above beans
Add sausage, and a ham hock
Add better than bouillon
Put on bean mode and change time to 25 minutes
Done
