Yeah, that's good looking red beans. It looks like it's more Natchitoches style than New Orleans style, but I can't determine its Tabasco concentration via picture, so it's hard to be sure.

As for tonight's supper I have no clue.

The wife told me to pick up 2 pounds of shrimp, zucchini, squash and red potatoes.

She hasn't made it home from our daughters ballet class yet.
