Looks awesome, t00f!

ETA: Some great looking food on the F&DB tonight!

Same old, same old. Shrimp cauliflower fried rice. For whatever reason, not quite as good as usual.

Where'd you go? doesn't look like Rasika in DC i don't think??

I made Michael Symon's chicken with bok choy and cashews he made in his "5 for 5" on the chew this week. Didn't snap a photo but you should all try it. Took me 12 minutes from uncut chicken, cold cast iron to on my plate at dinner table

A friend of mine recently opened a Cajun Cafe up in Duluth, GA. So I went by to support her and try it out. She knows I hate fried food but wanted me to try her recipes. So I told her to bring me whatever she wanted me to try. All of her seafood gets brought to her fresh from LA every Wednesday afternoon. The locals love her fried fare and it wasn't half bad for fried food. I gave her some suggestions on other menu items and how to tweak some other cajun specialties.

my comment was more towards the waste of frying grouper. one of the best tasting fish in the sea and you fry it? ever heard of fried yellowfin?tilefish? wahoo?

Oh I agree with you, but it's how she has it on the menu.
