I had a little bit of ginger left over and an orange, so I whipped up a teriyaki sauce and threw in some chicken breasts and a bag of broccoli florets and baked the whole thing for an hour, then ate it all over rice with just a hit of sesame oil.
Not too shabby.

Boston butt with onions, celery, carrots, tomatoes, & potatoes. Put it all in a rondeau at 6 this morning and left in the oven on 250 all day.
