Veal Pot Pie with cheddar herb crust. Sauteed green beans with Provencal herbs, dijon mustard and butter. Rhone wine

I got my annual cortisone shots in both arthritic knees a couple weeks ago and I could teach an Arthur Murray class. Ate like a horse for 2 days.
And in lieu of a double decker I had another bowl of grape nuts.

The bread was from a loaf of sourdough bread a friend made and gave me. Delicious!!!!!

Sushi with the kid. Miso, vegetable and shrimp tempura, rainbow roll, scallop roll, yellotail sashimi.
