Dole Sunflower Crunch Salad with some shredded chicken. May have a glass of wine later. It's been a long day.

Grilled cabbage quarters

Some old redneck showed me to core a whole cabbage, wrap in foil, season with salt and pepper and cut half a stick of butter into the hole. Put on the egg, pit, smoker for about 45 minutes until tender then open the top of the foil for about 20 minutes to get some smoke flavor. I do it when I'm doing a brisket or pork shoulder. Good stuff.

For dinner I cubed up some fatty salmon belly, sautéed fast then put it over soft scrambled eggs with crime fraiche.

Sounds good, just added a pic to my post, but I just just quartered, sprayed with Pam, seasoned and put on hot grill, cane out really well
