Blackened redfish, fried corn, and a sweet potato loaded with enough butter to get a cardiologist 's wife romantically excited...

I had some amazing blackened fish tacos.

I'm not tired of cheese buns yet, so probably a double cheeseburger. I'm sure I'll burn myself out soon.

Did some reverse seared ribeyes on the Weber kettle. Mid rare with some boiled and buttered potatoes. Best steaks I've ever made.

Looks good! Did you make your own sauce or is that some Wow Wee sauce?

Griddle burgers on the blackstone. Toasted the buns on there too with some butter. Also some baked sweet potato chips I made with my mandolin.

I don't know how to post pics since photobucket turned gay

Made my own. It's just mayo, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, and seasoning. I had Woweee on the side also, for the sausage.
