Those stuffed peppers look damn good !!!

Right now I don't know what I am having tonight. Opened this thread for inspiration. Right now it's between chicken noodle soup (Campbell's) and saltines or pizza.

I took some leftover ham from Thanksgiving out of the freezer when I got home for sandwiches but I'm not feeling that anymore.

ETA...pretty messed up that the spell check sees "skrimps" as correct.
