Grilling chicken hips and oysters. Will have some raw oysters too,if the quality is there, and red beans, rice, and garlic bread.

grilled chicken breasts I marinated in Stubb's green chile marinade. One of my favorite out of jar marinades, I don't add a thing to it. Oven roasted cauliflower and a caesar salad on the side

Huevos divorciados: toasted corn tortillas spread w/black beans, then topped with a handful of leftover sautéed spinach & peppers, two eggs over easy, red salsa, green salsa, and sour cream. Followed up by four squares of a coconut milk chocolate Ritter Sport bar.

Had a simple turkey sandwich with leftovers from a turkey I roasted on Tuesday. On homemade bread too.
