Shrimp n Grits and/or bronzed trout or sheepshead with grits and sautéed shrooms with caramelized onions (leftovers)...and some roasted asparagus.

It is supposed to be gourmet tuna casserole. I've been hearing about it for weeks. I will report back with a formal review.

Montreal seasoning seasoned porterhouse on a George Foreman grill (will do just shy of MR, but yes, I hear yáll´s groan at said heat application artifice, and agree, but it´s all I´ve got tonight, except for the oven, which I´m still contemplating employing)

Good friends headed our way tomorrow for #1 in State of MS CHS High School Football game, followed by MS State Fair Pig Races Saturday. Made Seafood gumbo for tomorrow night and snuck a bowl or three while cooking.
