The way my grandmother and mom did it. At our house we call this method skillet frying. The other way is deep frying.

Leftover steak, sliced cold atop spinach salad w cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado in Brianna's caper champagne vinaigrette....multigrain baguette w salted butter. Strawberries for dessert.

Thanks. I'm going to look for it. I use the poppyseed sometimes. I like some of the Girard's dressings, as well.

Too much Roy's Catfish Hut in Kinder, at lunch.
Just a bowl of Raisin Bran tonight, a big arse bowl, though.
