It's the definition of comfort food for sure

Doing my first Insta-pot meal Wednesday. Can't wait.
Dinner tonight was a bunch of mediterranean food from Phoenecia.

Damn Darla, we had the same dinner...except your zucchini looks a lot better.

Baked chicken, steamed veggies, and some salad.

How did you do yours? I was very happy with the taste, but just like regular fries, I wanted more!

My first instapot deer roast. Pretty damn awesome you can get fork tender meat and perfectly cooked vegetables in an hour and a half. Down side is the gravy is a little thin and it doesn't quite have the flavor of a roast coming out my big black pot. Pretty convenient though. Will do again

Looks good balls. Was it worth the money, iyo? May get one

Yea I thinks it's certainly going to be worth the money. Wife picked it up off Amazon for 60 bucks or whatever it was so It wasn't too big of an investment. But I think at the regular price it's worth it if you cook a bunch and are pressed for time. I don't think it's going to yield as good a result as taking your time and doing it right. But close enough to be worth it

I was shocked how perfectly the vegetables were cooked

Sliced them up, salt, pepper, olive oil and tossed them on the grill. I love the stuff.
