Holy shiz that looks good. Ever had copper river salmon? Whole foods had it yesterday. It's amazing.

All good brah Did the overnight cure, but no pics. Really nice recipe, and not overly complicated. Just need the time and space.

Thanks! And yes, I have. Unfortunately, this isn't that. It's farmed salmon that I got from Costco.
