I'm glad you started it this evening.
We are having a fish fry at my FIL's house that consists of D'Arbonne catfish filets, whole blues, and a few white perch filets. The sides consist of sweet corn hush puppies, fried squash, Ray's Pege style cut potatoes, and baked beans.

More American Berzas. Had to doctor it up with some andouille and salt pork (again), the collared greens are too damned sour.
Comestible, for sure. Too much work for what it is, however.
Decent baguette.
Australian Shiraz.

Had those prime ribeye cap strips from Costco picked out along with a bottle of red. Left the store with Costco pre-made chicken alfredo pasta and a bottle of white because that's what the kid wanted instead - minus the wine. She will pay for this transgression.
