I think it's a small chunk of chicken...I threw a little in there. But no egg shell...that I recall...

Leftover quinos that I added to sauteed (in pecan oil) mushrooms, squash, carrots, & the trinity. A little Tony's and some red pepper flakes.

ETA: And pine nuts!

The plan was to only have raw food today. I did not stick with the plan.

Thanks.

Your dish looks good.

I have been reading the vegie purge thread with interest and have considered doing it for a few days. I seem to be putting on weight, which is bad going into the holidays.

Don't tell Emboslice or any of the guys. I have a manly meat eater reputation to uphold.

I put a butter cream and crab sauce over it afterward.

I may just have to do this. Guys had some to the Hwy 15 camp a couple years ago and asked me if I knew how to cook it. Gave them some de-boning lessons on the porch over a couple delicious bud lights.... Did a lil stuffin and a lil bakin and a lil broilin.... Rednecks went crazy. Still got folks askin for more.

That said, any flounder stuffed with non-sweet stuffing and topped with cream is gonna be a divine meal, imo
