I'm sure. I was half kidding, just get a 2 piece and a biscuit. BBQ joints can be shady.

they've actually got a decent BBQ joint here but it's closed on Monday. I just ordered a to-go ribeye from a shady looking joint called Steak Pit. Yep, Steak Pit. Tia for the prayers sent.

balls, u ride the bus?

divinely pulled by somebody, pulled pork sammiches infused with cole slaw on nicely packaged 12 pack buns and a large, grizzled hand of crawtaters.

crawtaters

Our Dollar General was selling Zapps Voodoo on a trial basis. I think I was the only one here to buy them since they don't carry them anymore. I wanted to try the crawtaters!!!

Do you make rbr every week, or do you buy them sometimes? I was thinking about you when the boy and I made a pot yesterday. Easy to make, but damn.

Little of both. I usually keep some frozen too.

Dinner turned out great.
Not bad to come from a crock pot.

Scallops...
Salt and Pepper

Searing on the steel, about 650°

Put a little olive oil on the steel and threw some fresh rosemary from the garden in there to get a little smell and flavor, rosemary ended up on the wife's plate

Finished product with a salad, dressing is a Sammy House salad clone

Sauce is the same as last night on the fish tacos.

It is oil based (basically mayo, but homemade). Chili sauce, garlic, lime juice, and honey added in there.
