Chicken wings on the smoker that I finally assembled. Some jerk some with butt rub. Going with potato salad (red potatoes, Dijon aioli, green onion and dill), mâché salad, possibly green onion cornbread

Idk if I have enough to send you Lester, sorry

Very nice.

I just had some fried rice from Amy's vietnamese. Might eat something else but I'm drunk, tired, and just got on my couch so I might be down for the count.

The menu posted on the fridge:

3 days ago...hamburger patties. Dogs ate the last one.
2 days ago..chicken salad. Lucy will finish it off tomorrow at midnight when she wakes up.
Today..Gumbo. I had it for dinner. Lots for freezer.
Tomorrow... going golfing for the first time in January. Might bring home some Chinese.

Something in Myrtle Beach. Or Murrels Inlet really. I'm sure a shitload of oyster will be part of it.

Had a charity event to attend today, so I didn't make the Eggplant Miso.

Going to drizzle some EVOO on a portabella, top it with this delish Swiss Cheese I get at WF's & roast it in the over until tender & a side green salad with a fig vinaigrette, and lastly a nice red wine. Blessed.

Is it sad that I read these WFDT to see what Zach's culinary options are for Lucy and the doggies?

Does Lucy ever eat dessert? Or just chicken salad sammiches all the time? I gotta find out your recipe Zach because she eats them all the time .

I'd like to know too and have asked but I don't think he ever came back to the thread

Maybe I'll start it one day and ask him to leave the recipe
