I'm pretty sure Zach is loaded and Lucy is his trophy. Being in Shreveport and all, you ought to make some moves and see if you can try some of Zach's chicken salad first hand Paige. Might be the best career move you've ever made.

Does Lucy ever eat dessert? Or just chicken salad sammiches all the time?

Yes, she does eat dessert:
Vanilla wafers
Skittles

The problem is that when I make really great new dishes she will not even taste them. It's like being married to a 10 year old.

It's okay Zach. You could ship your meals down to Baton Rouge for hungry college kids. I'd pay money for it .

I gotta find out your recipe Zach because she eats them all the time

Posted it once but will do so again.
Take 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Heat your cast iron skillet on medium and drizzle some Garlic Terryaki Sauce. But chicken in and cover.

Boil 5 eggs.

After 4 minutes, turn chicken over and reduce heat to simmer. If you have an electric oven just turn heat off..it will coast.

In a big mixing bowl put half jar of Mayo, about five tb of mustard, squirt of lime juice, tb of garlic powder, tb of onion powder, tb of cayenne, tb of salt, and a squirt of pickle juice if you have a jar of pickles.

Peel hard boiled eggs into bowl mixture. Then shred chicken with a knife and put into large mixing bowl.

Then, use a hand chopper to mash the stuff. Takes about two minutes of chopping and stirring.

Into the fridge and you've got it. Good for 3 days of sammiches.

Keeping it simple here, too.

Ribeye burger patties and chicken patties from Rouse's.

Don't know if I'll melt cheese on some of them or not.

Arugula Rouquete salad with strawberries and mini-cucumbers.

Yep. Red potatoes have a very delicate skin that adds to the overall enjoyment of the finished product.
