“Blondie” picked up some 80/20 burger patty’s, threw ‘em on the pit, melted some American cheese, toasted some brioche buns. Couple 2oz pours of Wild Turkey Rare Breed helped the cooking process…

I put a nice pork butt on the Pit Boss at 7 this morning and took it off just after 6 this evening.



Shredded it and had some for dinner.
