Fajitas, Mexican rice, refried beans, and white chocolate bread pudding (I know, it doesn’t fit).

Baked chicken legs, a ripe sliced tomato with salt, black pepper, 1000 Island dressing and grated Parmesan cheese. :)

For me, bread pudding fits with any meal. I compartmentalize well when food is involved.

Snacks and party food at a Christmas party. Best item there was the boiled shrimp.

Cut this recipe out of the side panel of a Martha White’s cornmeal bag. About 20 yrs ago. Still my go-to recipe. Make sure you use an 8” pan tho.
