Got up this morning and cut up a couple of chickens. Tossed them in a brine for the best part of the day and fried them up with some fries. Made a slaw and some toast. Fed my bartender. :)

Cut up a chuck roast/potatoes/carrots/onions/bell pepper and seasoned like stew. Crockpot all day. Easy and delicious.

Just got back last night from 10 days in London and Paris and still adjusting to the time difference, so wanted to throw together something quick and easy - sloppy joes, bush's baked beans and tater tots.
