Grilled some deer sausage l, Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls with a spring salad for a side.

Cheddar Bat biscuits didn't come out to well, to "processed" for me, but that fresh grilled deer sausage on a foldover hit the spot!

there’s not a recipe that I can find so I winged it
they were good but not Sal and Judy’s good

anyway…
sautéed crab claws in lemon/butter/cream sauce
French bread
cantaloupe sorbet with blueberries

Grilled a couple of thicker pork chops and did some steak fries, with crab salad. :)
