Just a few pounds for me and my wife to have a taste. Paid too much but they were good. Had a ham and cheese sandwich to round it out. :)

Ground beef, Italian sausage, salami, and smoked pancetta.



And a sprig of rosemary.



2 hrs later



Throw it over some pappardelle nest noodles. Don’t look like much but it is pretty tasty.

Pulled a little pastrami flat off the grill a couple hours ago. Took a sample and put in fridge for tomorrow

Brought jerk seasoning back from Jamaica and made jerk pork.

Also brought back blue mountain coffee and that was an excellent decision.
