Wife’s working. Grabbed Pizza Hut on the way home. My Mother-In-Law and son both have the flu. Guess I’ll make them soup tomorrow. :)

Pasta Carbonara - got some cured pork at a farmers market that looked like it might be a good replacement for Guanciale. It was good.

Christmas party and forgot to get a picture of my plate but here is a sample. Stone crab appetizer, Caesar salad, Filet and scallops, baked potato and creamed spinach. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while.

Better than expected. I usually buy local but the weather was crap and Pizza Hut was on my way home.
