Specklebelly Goose Leg Bolognese
Ground 4 goose legs and thighs with 4oz of Boston butt. Used the goose fat to brown the meat. Seasoned the meat for 2 hours in my Italian sausage seasoning.
Incredible. Definitely a keeper dinner.

r3lay3r, the food you cook always sounds great. Do you think you could start posting pictures so that I (and others) can at least live vicariously and enjoy your cooking? Much appreciated.

Yeah, that's been requested before. I think it was LouisianaLady and I did go through the exercise of setting up an account with a photo sharing site and used it a couple times for the WFDT threads and the couple times I entered the Cooking Challenges. But I'm not someone who lives by their phone, so I rarely think about using it and I never have it with me in the kitchen. I'll try to think about taking photos in the future, but no guarantees.

Thanks! I'm much more talented as an eater than I am as a cook, but I do enjoy seeing the photos from people with far better chef chops than mine.

McDonalds Quarterpounder with cheese meal. Had to eat on the run. Was attending a Rosery for a friend and got a call because I had a cow calving. Ran and got McDonalds now watching another cow calve and possibly have another getting ready to start. Going to be a busy night.

Wings and trivia tonight. Made two Chocolate chip banana nut bread loaves though to bring up to the bartenders and trivia team.
