Roasted a nice filet of salmon with some green beans and snap peas. Served over whole wheat angel hair. Came out great.

Surf and turf from Sugar Shack in Franklinton, with a side of onion rings. Solid po boy, the side of onion rings came in a Crispy Corner chicken box that could feed four people.

Haven't had Keifer's in almost 18 years.

I assume you went to the location on State Street, not the one across from the Governor's mansion?

ETA: It appears the one downtown has closed. When did that happen?

I wish I liked salmon - it’s just too “fishy” to my palate. My husband loves it, so I’m always cooking two different types of fish on Fridays.
