Picked up a tri-tip. Pretty dang good and cheap.

A good sized tri-tip is perfect for cooking for several people who like different levels of doneness. When the thickest part gets to medium rare, you end up with steak for everyone.

Low carb carbonara. No cream!
The Konjac noodles helped keep it low carb.
