The chili dog casserole

The recipe calls for 2 15 oz cans of chili with beans. I made a quick 30 min chili without beans for low carb purposes. And cuz it’s better.
Spread 1/2 the chili in the bottom of pan. (Recipe used 11 X 9 pan. I used 8x8 pan because I was making a smaller amount.)
Roll up weiners and grated cheese in a tortilla, and place seam side down over chili.
Top with more chili. Cover with shredded cheese and cover pan with foil.
Bake at 425 for 30 min, removing foil for the last 5 or so min.
Add extras as you see fit. I sliced some jalapeños in the layers and topped with raw onion. Also, the recipe doesn’t call for pre-cooking the weiners, but I microwaved mine before rolling them up.
The recipe called for 8” tortillas, but that seemed too big. I cut my 8” tortillas in half and wrapped each weiner in a half tortilla.

Thank you ma’am, I appreciate that and will be cooking it at some point. I’ll alter the recipe a bit myself as well
