I had pizza only once when I was up there.
It was some hole in the wall place that I don't remember the name of. Urbanspoon told me to eat there. The pizza looked just like yours right there.

A cab driver told me to go to this place. They got a really cool review of the place by some guy who ate a slice of pizza from every place in manhattan. It was the only place that got a perfect score.

Gonna try to do some NY Strip on the baking steel. Working on my plan of attack. Thinking oven at 450° which will give me about a 600° steel.
Time wise I'm going to have to roll the dice, but I will have a skillet ready to go incase it burns before hitting medium rare.

I thawed out some frozen seafood gumbo from a month or so ago and will make a pot of rice.
I'm also going to deep fry some venison steaks.
