Smoked pork sausage links a friend of mine made this past fall, and a tomato, red bell pepper and feta omlette. And toast with my home made muscadine jelly

Nothing exciting... Slow day... I broke down 100 lbs of pork belly and have them cooking sous vide overnight. Prep for Stryjewski

I tried some Voila frozen Chinese for late lunch. It was OK. Saved most of it for Lucy. She just woke up and said she wanted Chicken Salad Sammiches for dinner.

I'm thinking about going really old school before I go to bed.
