Went out for Tex-Mex!
Queso with chorizo. I had a platter with a beef enchilada, cheese enchilada and a beef taco. Double beans, no rice. Main squeeze got shrimp enchiladas.
Several margaritas for each of us...rocks, no salt, the way nature intended.

Sauteed some thin sliced chicken breasts and added them to mushroom ravioli topped with a mushroom ragú.

Quick trip to Costco for vitamins…..$325 later…..picked up a couple Lit Pizzas on the way home.
FYI for any king salmon fans, they have it Costco right now for $15.00/lb, which is a steal for king salmon.
