chicken liver pasta

I cook on a gasser often during the week. I pretty much wore my old Weber out. Told my wife that I was done with the Weber. She thought I was done with cooking. Came home a couple of days ago and had a Napoleon Prestige 500, with infrared side and rotisserie burners sitting under the carport. Burned it in, today and cooked some burgers. :)

Lasagna, it was awesome.
